NOORULAIN YOUSAF

Noor is an executive coach trained with Neuroleadership Institute US and Coach Masters Academy Singapore. For Team Coaching, she has been certified and trained with Transcend International Hong Kong and Coaching & Mentoring International. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from International Coaching Federation (ICF).

She is a constant learner with extensive corporate experience in the financial industry with exposure in both business and HR roles in Pakistan and Hong Kong. Over the tenure of her corporate career, she worked in the areas of equity investment research, strategy, financial product development, talent development, HR Recruitment and learning & development.

Having studied and worked in Pakistan, Hong Kong, and Hungary, Noor is multicultural. In 2017, she setup Artemis Consulting Hong Kong and has worked with clients across diverse industries across different geographies. She also works as an outplacement coach in Hong Kong partnering with a US company, where she provides knowledge, support and strategies to clients in transition facing the stress of finding a new job.

In addition, Noor has been working with university students through providing career coaching, interview practice and training to help them realize their career passions. She designed and delivered well-received programs such as Mind Based Anxiety management for Job Interview, Effective Communication at workplace, Teamwork Skills, Emotional Regulation and self-discipline and self-discovery. The training have transformed many students in terms of personal branding, career direction, self-confidence, and job success.

She holds a bachelor in Computer Systems Engineering and an MBA in Finance/MIS. She served one year on the board as VP Strategic Planning at Hong Kong International Coaching. Currently based in Hong Kong, she is a food lover and love spending time with her husband and two beautiful children.
