Here at Artemis Consulting, we understand the importance of and truly believe in the power of TEAMS!

Our team of coaches have an interesting mix of backgrounds in banking, asset management, consulting, and Information Technology. It gets easier to do team coaching if we speak the same language and have been in the same shoes as the team to be coached.

The picture above depicts conflict. You sense a conflict in your team. You know that something is wrong but you go for temporary solutions like team building and ignore the need of identifying the root cause. A stitch in time saves nine. If you are a proactive leader who can foresee that what you are sensing can potentially affects performance and harm team relationships in the long run, then you would go for team coaching instead of short fixes.
